One South Euclid is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in South Euclid, Ohio, through community development initiatives. They offer several grant programs aimed at residents to support neighborhood improvement, home maintenance, and assistance for seniors.
🏠 Exterior Home Repair Program
Purpose: Provides financial assistance for exterior home repairs on owner-occupied properties.
Funding Amount: Covers up to 50% of the project's cost, determined at the organization's discretion.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Must own and occupy a home in South Euclid.
Must be current on property taxes.
Eligible Projects:
Driveway replacement
Garage replacement
House painting
Roof replacement
Sidewalk replacement
Siding replacement
Step unit replacement
Application Period: Applications open on or around January 21, and close on March 1, at 12:00 a.m. EST.

🌿 Senior Landscaping Program
Purpose: Assists seniors who are unable to maintain their lawns or remove snow due to physical limitations, financial hardship, or lack of support.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be 65 years or older.
Must reside in South Euclid.
Must be unable to perform lawn care or snow removal and lack someone to assist.
Must demonstrate financial need.One South Euclid
Application Period: Applications open on or around January 21, and close on March 1, at 12:00 a.m. EST.
Additional Requirements:
Proof of household income must be submitted by March 8
Applicants will be notified in April if they have received a grant
🤝 Mini-Grants
Purpose: Supports community-building projects and programs related to neighborhood beautification, events, or other initiatives in South Euclid.
Funding Amount: Up to $500 per project.
Eligibility:
South Euclid residents representing a group or organization.
Groups of South Euclid businesses.
Organizations located in the community.
Youth-led projects are encouraged.One South Euclid
Guidelines:
A 20% match is required, which can be in cash, volunteer hours, or donated items.
Applications must be received before project completion.
Funds are issued on a reimbursement basis.
Projects must be completed by December 31
Grants do not support projects for individual residential properties.
